About us
A Dubai company for the whole building.
Al Wesam Al Mumayz Technical Works L.L.C is a Dubai limited liability company, licensed since 2017 and based in Al Murar, Deira.
We work from the first pour to the finished building. On the structure, we fix reinforcement to the approved shop drawings and BBS, erect and strike shuttering, place and finish concrete, install precast elements and put up the scaffolding that gives safe access. Main contractors can take steel, shutter and concrete labour as one package, priced per cubic metre.
Once the frame is up, our finishing teams take over with plaster, paint, tiling, carpentry and wallpaper, and our technicians keep completed buildings running: AC, plumbing, electrical and electromechanical work, on call or under an annual maintenance contract.

How we price: structural work per cubic metre of concrete (steel, shutter and concrete labour can come as one package), finishing and cleaning per square metre, and maintenance per visit, per unit or as an annual maintenance contract (AMC). We read the drawings, BBS and finishes schedule, or visit the building, and raise queries before we price.

Per m³ for structure, per m² for finishing, per visit or AMC for maintenance, with a clear scope for each trade.

Mobilise the crew
Steel fixers, carpenters, masons, painters or technicians start on your programme and follow the site’s HSE rules.

Build, inspect, sign off
Each element or area is offered for inspection before the pour or the next coat, and signed off as we go.

Hand over, then maintain
We clean, hand over and stay on call, with planned maintenance under an AMC if you need it.

Drawings first
We work only to approved drawings, shop drawings, BBS and finishes schedules. Queries go to the engineer before work starts.
Checked as we go
Cover and spacing on the steel, line and level on the shutters, compaction and curing on the concrete, and an even finish on every coat.
Tested systems
After a maintenance repair we test the AC, water or power circuit with the occupant before we sign the job sheet.
PPE & site rules
Our teams wear the required PPE and follow the main contractor’s HSE plan, or the building’s permit-to-work rules in occupied premises.
Safe access
We erect, tag and inspect scaffolding, guard open edges and keep access routes clear.
Clean work areas
We clear off-cuts, tie wire, debris and paint waste as we go, and hand over clean.
